Though that doesn't change the functionality of those products & the products are meant to do the work with the same efficiency. All pictures displayed are only for illustration purpose. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs. Since every display device is set differently and photographs are taken using a camera, color may vary as seen by you from the actual product.Actual product might vary from the picture displayed, product specification alone stands for Product information.

We always offer the best possible prices on products for our customers. Sometimes the pricing or product information on any product(s) displayed on our Website may be incorrectly reflected due to some technical issue, typographical error etc. and in such cases Krishitool may cancel your order(s).

Krishitool shall be under no liability whatsever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of you/card-holder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by Krishitool with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Maximum Retail Price (MRP), sale price, discounted price can be changed based on the manufacturer price update without any notice.

In some cases, if the product price is higher than the published price due to a miss out in price revision, we will inform Customer about the same. After approval from Customer invoice will be done for the revised price and consignment will be shipped. If the revised price is not accepted by Customer, with due information to customer, the order will be cancelled.

The Website requires You to register as a User by creating an Account in order to avail of the Services provided by the Website. Every registered user with the website, Shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their corresponding user information and is responsible for all activities that occur under their user Name. You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision of this Agreement. Krishitool has partnered with many such third party logistic services providers, to provide the shipping services to the Buyers. Therefore Krishitool is not, in any way legally responsible for the delay or damage in/during the delivery or the mis-behaviour or mis-conduct of courier person/branch during the process. Krishitool in all cases gives priority to customer satisfaction & such events, if any, should be reported to us so that our team can resolve matters or take actions against such behaviour on any such occasion.Delivery time mentioned on Product or Website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on availability of Product, address where Product is to be delivered and courier companies or logistic service provider rules. In case anyone refuses to take delivery/material of goods so ordered, shipping charges and shipment charges will not be refunded. If any customer gets a GST Credit or Discount, then Delivery will be Topay basis.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. In case the customer does not check the “Delivery Availability” of the product to be ordered and places an order for delivery at a non deliverable/serviceable pincode then customers are requested to contact Krishitool and give a deliverable/serviceable pincode to which the order will be delivered. Prepaid shipment will be home delivery. But some COD shipment may be not possible due to "pincode is ODA, or courier partner not accept this pin code cash collection". Particularly this time we request customers, change delivery address or move your order to prepaid.

You agree to adhere to all limitations on dissemination, use and reproduction of any materials (such as the product catalogs) that You access on the Website in accordance with this section. You agree not to access the Website and the materials or Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Krishitool.
